I highly doubt it. Whenever I've used my insurance they only ever send the phone itself - and I believe even these are likely to be refurb models.

How long have you had it?
All accessories included in the box have some sort of warranty on them but they're shorter than the warranty on the handset itself. If memory serves, you get 6 months for a charger, I think. |

save the effort of insurance, just buy a new one considering they are cheap as chips.

Yeah it's not worth all the hassle for a charger.

Chargers are not covered under
warranty or insurance as they are considered accessories. An insurance claim wouldn't be cost effective in any case. The excess fee would be, what? Fifty quid? You can pick up a charger for a fraction of that. |

Samsung provide a 12-month warranty on accessories that come in the box with their handsets and 6 months on batteries - http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/ht...on.html#mobile Other manufacturers offer similar shortened warranty periods for stuff that comes in the box with the phone. |
