Who is the best soap Villain ever.
I always thought Jez Quigley was a great Baddie. He made Stevie Boys life hell.

I'm sure this one'll be a minority vote but Archie Mitchell for me. Superbly played by Larry Lamb.

Archie was ruined by the paedophile twist. There was never any hint in his time on the show that he was interested in kids.

Tony Gordon would make the list, and I'd put Patrick Blake from HO on it too: he's going that way and it's delightful to watch.

Trevor Morgan or Richard Hillman
I do agree with the Archie comments it was silly and out of place, and they just finished a Pedophile plot as well, still good though. |

Alexis Colby and Adam Carrington in Dynasty. Super bitch mother and her evil son. They could have taken over the world if they had set their minds to it.

Very Dickension name. Totally not Dickensian nature. He was a Bullying, drug dealing, pimp who looked so innocent with his side parting in court.

Yep. I completely agree with that, it was absolutely ridiculous. It smacked of two overly excited writers thinking to themselves 'Do you know what would make him really evil?'

Lewis Archer, because he didn't have to resort to murder to be truly evil deep down.
And in Eastenders, Johnny Allen |
