I bought a halogen oven last week with basic instructions. So far I have cooked a roast chicken dinner (disaster chicken raw on one side!) and frozen pizza which was great.

Just wondered if anyone can recommend a good cook book that doesn't cost the earth?

Any one of these. I've got them all. And they're all pretty good.
There's quite alot out there. Ranging from cheap, to a bit more pricey. There are also alot of good halogen recipe websites. Hope this helps.
