I liked the tone of his voice. I wouldn't think his style of singing would be suited for X Factor so I think BGT is right for him.

He was brilliant has a lovely voice.

He is probably one of the few singers I wouldn't mind seeing in the final.

I would agree with Simon that he was a bit too high at some points.

I thought his voice was beautiful.

It's a shame he chose the same song that Welsh singer, James Pugh, did four years ago. Because it reminds me of how powerfully Pugh came across and how I never heard from him again after his much less affecting 'Impossible Dream' in the final.

Very easy on the ear.

But still, Alex didn't have any nerves (as they didn't show in his voice). He stated that he altered it to suit his voice (the key).

He is on tonight's semi-final.

He has a wonderful voice. I think he's great. I really liked his first audition, even though I didn't like the song he chose. Hope he does well tonight and sings something better.

He did well to get to third place, and I hope we hear more of him in the future.
