Simon and Demi are confirmed I think Ne-Yo will likely be announced soon as there been loads of reports of him joining. That leaves either Kelly or Cheryl likely for the final spot i'm hoping it's Kelly but I've got a feeling it will be Cheryl .

Cheryl was spit out like a nasty onion. If she goes back: shame on her!

Really hoping its Kelly! She is pretty hot property in the US right now and has a new album coming out soon. Plus she was a great, passionate, feisty and funny judge. She would be brilliant!

Demi has been a bad coach last year. She has artistically killed all her contestants.

I agree she was a good judge but a bad mentor I would probably prefer both Kelly and Cheryl over Demi tbh but Demi has been confirmed .

Cheryl should come straight back to UK X Factor, because let's be honest, since she left in 2010 she hasn't been around much than when she was on the show from 2008-2010 she was like god in some people eyes, and now with GA split if Cheryl doesn't do something soon she will end up in sh*t street, so IMO X Factor UK will be perfect for her.

As for USA, Kelly should get it, I personally think she will fit in better there than she did over here

No Ne-Yo please!

I want it to be Simon - Demi - Cheryl - Kelly.

That will never happen.

season 3 needs to be a good one... I think they just need better mentors, last season was awesome until the lives

I think it will be demi, simon, kelly and neyo...
but I don't care so much, I'm just happy that demi and simon are back, they made the show for me last year. so whatever
I also have a good feeling about season 3 btw. season 2 was better than season 1 (for me at least), so I hope they keep improving

I still think it's Simon, Cheryl, Demi and Neyo

Kelly and Neyo would bring in the same viewers so I guess only one of them would make the cut

Cheryl is suing the US X Factor, I very much doubt they'd take her back. Or that she'd even want to go back.

Simon loves to throw Cheryl's name into the mix for publicity...but I suspect that's all it is. It will be Kelly.

The judges are to be announced during FOX's Fall Upfronts on May 14, 2013

I'm glad Demi stayed, she actually brings something else to the show and she's current. I recall Heart Attack hitting 1 on iTunes after its release, and charted at 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 and was recently certified Platinum for shifting over 1 million units so she's more than earned her place on the show. I think she would have learnt a lot from her first stint, whilst I didn't agree with her mentoring skills I did think she was a brilliant judge and I enjoyed the chemistry between her and Simon.

If Cheryl actually returns, as Simon probably thought allowing her to return was a much better option than this whole 'suing' debacle from her, I will lose the little respect I have for her. I think Kelly is the best option and this could possibly help her career too.

Ne-yo possibly, Tweedy no, she was Cowell's mistake of season one. Her being in LA doesn't prove anything, she's there all the time. With all the suing stories, and having no fame in the us Fox will never take her back. Kelly probably not, but they'd have to pay her a lot.

I don't think she will demand as much as she did on UKXF, s this is at home for her, she can better her career plus the media likes her there

True, her songs are really commercial over there, maybe with Kelly as judge Cowell could try to get Beyoncé for the judge's houses. Depends whether the audience take to Kelly or not.

Well in either case, Kelly will cost less than Britney!
I think Kelly would work well on US XF.
The Cheryl thing doesn't make sense, e.g the suing thing and also how embarrassing to go back.

I don't think Cheryl will work either. She hasn't really been relevant in the US, hasn't had any hits there. So I think it would be a little weird having her on the US panel
