Hello!

It's that time of year again where we get to have something to watch on television and mock as seemingly intelligent people do the dumbest thing in front of 7 million people.

As with other years, we'll be sticking the episode threads to the top of the forum.

So... who will be joining us in discussing this year's show?!

Unfortunately I won't be able to watch live this week and next because I'm in University halls.

Can't wait to watch on iplayer, though!

N'aw, two separate episodes but for opening week both will be played in one week (one today, one tomorrow).

Evening all, I am so glad that it is back on at 9.00 pm instead of 8. 00 pm as I can join in again, providing I don't fall asleep. I have been in hospital and the amount of drugs they have me take make me extremely tired but I am determined to keep awake

I've been looking forward to this all day! I'm so glad it's back! I'm hearing really positive things about this series! Even though last year's series was criticised for being a bit dull, I still loved it. I can't wait for later!

Oh joy! Another bunch of self-obsessed numpties who all think that they are wonderful but cannot do simple sums, or spell, and have no social skills. Brilliant!

Now, now! you don't know that. They could be a lovely bunch of selfless, intelligent, articulate, humanitarian, charitable, courteous, well-educated candidates! Couldn't they?

Hi everybody! Really looking forward to this and also to hopefully seeing lots of old faces on here that I don't see too often on other threads.

Lord Sugar going into a bit of detail about the application process on The One Show.

Thousands apply. The production team narrows it down to about 100. LS then becomes involved and looks at paper CVs, video clips of the applicants and business plans. He then selects 16 applicants he is interested in and have business plans he is interested in.

Trailed now - "I'm a cool drink on a hot day" = "I'm a bellend, I'm a bellend, I'm a bellend"

Continuity announcer called them "this lot".

This is gonna be GOOD!

Definately one of my tv highlights of the year!
Having said that, i thought last years series was rather dull and boring.
Still, one duff year out of eight shows a good record of consistency!
