Uzma looks like an Asian Roxy from Eastenders - that thought always distracts me from actually judging her looks.

I'm stunned that anyone finds Luisa attractive; to me, she looks like the result of a genetic experiment involving Jodie Marsh and a bulgy eyed toad.

Francesca does it for me. Very much like Stella English so I'm more than happy. Seems quite a bright and grounded candidate too.

I absolutely hated Uzma up until I saw her on You're Fired when she actually came across really well, much more likeable. Something to do with the natural brown eyes rather than the scary intense blue contacts I think !
