I have friends that have graduated from law, medical school and other science related areas of higher Uni education and, on their naughtiest and silliest moments at Uni, have wore similar and worse attire to what you see Luisa wearing in those pictures and poss even acted worse. But those past moments haven't stopped them from being the brainy, funny and successful men and women that they have gone on to be, and still are now.
So in the case of Luisa's in these pics, there isn't too much harm in the way she appears there as long as she appears and acts appropriately when in other separate environments where that dress and behaviour isn't as, or not at all, acceptable. If Luisa dresses like that in her own time away from work but is a great worker when at work, then I don't really see the hoo har about the images that she (like any person) can take on a different times. That said, the sad thing with Luisa is that she doesn't seem to be that good in her work skills or attitude (which is poor) as separate (and regardless) to the perception of her from those pictures.
