Samsung Tocco Lite - Battery life problem

I got my Samsung Tocco Lite for Christmas in 2011. For the past few days, even though I fully charge it (it comes up with the message saying it's fully charged), I don't seem to get very much battery life anymore.
In a 5 hour period, I can look at my phone just to read a few texts every so often, and end up with one bar.
Could it be the phone itself, battery or charger?
