HTC One trim becoming marked?
Had the phone about 3 weeks and using a 'Barely There' case and also seen all the videos about how scratch resistant the casing is but noticed today that the silver trim is easily marked, the phone has only ever been in my pocket yet already the trim is showing marks in several places, anyone else notice this?

So far no marks on mine but I am trying to be extra careful. Might be worth looking in to this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Zagg-Invis...00900129389%26 |

In all my years of owning a phone, dating back to the old Nokias i have never had a scratch on the screen, or ever even broken one. Have had some light cosmetic marks but thats about it. I seen the way some people treat their phones and it's no surprise how shabby they become after just a few months. |

Look you are never going to get a bullet proof phone! or any gadget for that matter which won't mark up or show signs of wear and tear. You just have to take some steps to protect your investment. Like a car will scratch and dent if you dont drive carefully, an expensive vase will shatter if you drop it, just like anything, and everything has a breaking point.

Exactly and I HATE scuffs and scratches and have always looked after each phone, I bought a case on day one for this reason but I still wouldn't expect it to mark after 3 weeks when the only interaction with a surface is in my pockets?

Well the phone has been in my pocket for 2 weeks, no marks, so not sure what's happened with yours. As long as there is no contact with something hard...... .
