Does anyone know what she is doing now. Thought she was really good when she reached judges houses a couple of years ago, and thought she was very unlucky not to go further.

She only made bootcamp did she not?

Never understood why she did'nt get any further, but like Leanne Robinson last year, she did'nt get as much airtime as some of the other contestants. When it gets to that stage everyone taking part should have exactly the same amount of airtime.

They purposely give those who make the later stages more airtime so that viewers remember them. It's worth mentioning that when the first auditions air, they don't yet know the finalists. When everyone gets the same amount of airtime, it ends up like The Voice where you don't really remember anyone.

Going back to Beverly, I thought she was brilliant and is the only contestant I've ever gone out of my way to hear the full audition for. I don't remember her at bootcamp or anything further than that, but perhaps judging by her past she didn't really need the show anyway.

You may be right. I know that she can also sing opera as well. She certainly has a good voice.
