he looks - as much as I hate to say it - like a mix of River Phoenix, Ben Aflleck and Leo DeCaprio.

I think Jason looks like Alex (2010 apprentice)
Neil vaguely vaguely reminds me of Ryan from EastEnders. I like him though, I think he appears to be a strong candidate.

I don't really see it to be honest
The first person I thought of when I saw Neil was John Simm (Dr Who, Life on Mars) but I also see a bit of Giles Coren (think he is the restaurant writer for the Times, occasionally wanders on to TV when they need a random posh boy). And Giles Coren looks a bit like Tom Ellis from Miranda, so you could be thinking of him. But probably not.

Totes agree. He looks like an absolute scrubber. Plus his shirts look a bit cheap and nasty too.

He'd look much better if he did. I don't mind a bit of designer stubble but his furry neck makes him look like he needs a good wash.
