I like Nick Frost, think he's a pretty good actor and he goes well with Simon Pegg.

Besides this movie has been planned for years, its the Blood and Ice Cream trilogy, Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz and The World's End.

He's been carrying Nick Frost all this time? No wonder Simon looked so knackered during a Star Trek interview i saw the other day.

I'd say the other way round. Nick Frost without Simon Pegg.

Sorry i was a bit of a dick the other day. I hadn't had any caffeine yet, not that that's any excuse for my moodiness.

Am I the only one who thinks Shaun of The Dead was a complete fluke? Hot Fuzz was awful and there isn't a single laugh to be had in the trailer for this new one.

Hopefully from now on he will make films without Frost?

Run Fat Boy Run, How to Win Friends and Influence People, Star Trek, Mission Impossible, The Voyage of the Dawn Treader, Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs...

Simon has been making films without Nick for many years, just as Nick has been making films without Simon (Snow White and the Huntsman, The Boat that Rocked, Penelope).

While I wouldn't say it was a fluke I didn't care for Hot Fuzz much, Worlds End will decide that I guess.

I pretty much agree. I love Shaun of The Dead. I wouldn't say it was a fluke so much as a first film where he puts a lot into it. Hot Fuzz was so poor that I don't see Pegg's name as a predictor of my enjoyment.

I love Shaun of the Dead, but I also thought Hot Fuzz and Paul were poor. I like Run Fatboy Run, How To Lose Friends and Alienate People, and Star Trek, but I didn't like A Fantastic Fear of Everything, or Burke and Hare at all.

Spaced was hit and miss, too. :/

Hot Fuzz is weird. It's like a difficult album, it gets much better with repeated views.

Love Shaun Of the dead, love hot fuzz and love Paul to varying degrees. The supermarket shoot out scene in hot fuzz always makes me laugh.

As others have said both Frost and Pegg have been making films independently of each other for years. Another myth busted!!

sorry but hot fuzz is superior to shaun, as for the worlds end isn't it getter they save the jokes for the movie instead of blowing them all in the trailer which many movies seem to do

Are folk really judging the movie based on a short trailer?

You only ever see this shit on Digital Spy.

No. Judging the trailer based on the trailer, though. Which seems fair to me.

You only ever see this shit on Digital Spy.
Not even remotely true.

I guess you're right, the youtube comment section is the same, albeit with actual swearing instead of passive/aggressive "banter."

Do you think it's unfair for people to be critical when a package is put out that's supposed to entice people into seeing the film, but does the exact opposite?
