Vary your diet. Learn the nutrients that you are getting from different foods. Learn how many calories they have. Don't deny yourself occasional indulgences.

Quantity is fine but your diet needs to be more varied, with fish and vegetables added to it.

Oh right, thanks. I had forgotten about that comment, told you it was too early. You must have a pretty good memory to remember individual posts.

Having eggs and bacon every day is not good.
Having seen the post linked here I think you're probably taking the pee rather than drinking it.

The banana and apple are good OP but where's your veg? Also do you mean to say you have the same EVERY DAY? Don't you get bored of it? Varety is the spice of life remember!!

What do you drink, besides your pee?

I do think you need to vary your general diet, can't believe you eat this most days, I'd be bored out of my skull having that to "look forward" to Get more fresh fruit into you for a start.

Toms and mushrooms are good for you, if you eat a decent amount that is.

To the OP, what you are eating is healthy but in order to gain the full health benefits you need to have a daily diet which obtains all vitamins and minerals.

For breakfast oats is fine but also have a cup of grapes and strawberries.

you must also for lunch dinner have a cup of broccoli, carrots and spinach.

I'd add some wholemeal bread with wheatgerm for a snack.

for dinner turkey and egg is fine but also add some Salmon to get some Omega 3s and of course some good protein.

Adding these will just ensure you are getting all your vitamins and minerals.

No, as a tomato is a fruit! You really need more than just tomato and mushrooms. Broccoil, spinach, green beans, leeks and courgettes are all good. Baked beans too for fibre.

Doesn't sound like enough, OP.

And as for drinking your own wee - you do know that that there are no known health benefits to it, right? It is quite literally a load of pish.

I would be adding Tonnes more vegetables, greens - asparagus, sugar nap pease, broccoli, kale, spinach its only going to do you good, not harm

Yeah, the fried option is never a good way of cooking things, except for things that can't be grilled like eggs. Have a balanced diet (meat and vegetables and fruit) and that's fine. No need to go to the extreme though. I always try to have a decent amount of carbohydrates with each meal, but that's just me though.
