iPhone 5 personal hotspot to tether
Trying to tether my iphone to my nexus 7, it's an O2 handset but when I try set it up it tells me to see O2's website to set up, I don't use O2 but I can't set up tether because of this. Any ideas/help?

With iPhones, tethering has to be enabled by the network.
