EE Complaint I aint heard anything Back
Written a complaint and they received it over a week ago and i havent heard anything back
they say they send a text message once they receive it but they havent even done that |

A week (5 working days) isn't very long for a complaints team. You would have sent it, then it would have taken a couple of days to reach them. They are probably looking into it now.
You could call up and see if they have received it, but I'm not really sure what you want the forum to help with? is there a question? |
