I am aware there have been constant rumuors ever since her firing in 2011, but since the announcement of new judges is tomorrow i am going to throw a few pointers into the firing line.

Cheryl is currently in LA, her boyfriend (whom is american) returned to the UK two days ago yet cheryl has remained in the states with her PA.

Sarah Harding has said that Cheryl is planning on moving over to LA very soon in an interview after the Girls Aloud split.

Girls Aloud appeared on Graham Norton back in January/February and Graham mentioned X Factor in general to Cheryl, to which she replied 'I will not be taking part in THE UK VERSION OF X FACTOR this year' specifically mentioning the British Version.

Cheryl has said numerous times that she would consider returning to work with Simon and 'Never Say Never'

I feel a Demi - Cheryl - Neyo - Simon panel would work exceptionally well as Demi/Cheryl have already stated their fans of each other

It wouldn't surprise me if she's back on the US show. Despite her being adamant she wouldn't go back, there must be a sense of 'unfinished business' for her. Plus, talk about her suing them seems to have completely died down, despite there being mention of something happening in April in regards to it.

Personally I would prefer Kelly to get the job because I think she brings something different to Demi and Cheryl - who I feel are quite similar in their roles.

I want Kelly but I do agree there is a possibility of it being Cole. I do remember her saying on Graham Norton she wasn't doing the UK X Factor and she did specifically say "UK"

Who knows?! Its Fox Upfronts tomorrow so I guess we'll find out but I did see a video of Kelly being asked and she was very smiley saying she couldn't talk about it and that wasn't that long ago, literally only a few weeks.

Tre returned for solo reasons and there are no photos of her returning, ever other exchange she has made between London and LA we have had paparazzi pictures

No she doesn't, she sometimes gets snapped at LAX but that is about it, she gets in and out of the country easily without being noticed if she wants.

You have no proof she is still there, she has an injunction against the paparazzi in the UK so it is easy for her to get around unnoticed, she does it all the time.

How do you know Tre is in the UK for solo work? He could just have came over with Cheryl.

excuse me but how can you tell me what proof i have/ don't have. i follow her extremly closely, go out of my way to get information, research and sources. i have spoken to various people/cheryls team and i have figured out/been told. i've known about the injunction since she's been granted it.

When was it said that the panel would be announced tomorrow must have missed that one?

I personally would prefer Cheryl on the UK show, as Cheryl tried the US once before and it did not work out, but UK worked out for her and for the show, it is a win win if she does it in UK. On the other hand, Nicole has kind of replaced Cheryl in the UKs hearts so there would be a divide down the nation for Nicole & Cheryl.

Hope the UK panel gets announced soon and I also hope Nicole is still on it with Cheryl added in there for good measure.

I'd like you to be right, but you still haven't given proof, people makes things up on the internet all the time, so we will have to see what happens tomorrow then, if they even are announcing them at the Upfronts.

It would be great if Cheryl is on the US panel, but I'm not getting my hopes up...again.

Louis has confirmed himself, Gary and Sharon are returning to the UK version, and i have a feeling Nicole will join them, I'm not a fan and more than likely will be avoiding the show. However i feel a demi/cheryl panel in the US would be amazing! i hope im right and she is doing it. I just hope fox treat her as she deserves this year! The panel is being revealed on fox upfronts tomorrow !!

I really want Kelly I hope it's not Cheryl her and Demi both would have the same role on the panel to banter with Simon and I think it would be to much and get quite annoying if they were both on there.

that's what I think. and I still can't imagine cheryl returning. it would be so weird. besides, after all the fight she had with simon, there's no guarantee that they would have nowadays the same chemistry they had years ago
