With it being the fox upfronts event, I assume the new judges will be unveiled tonight. I know we haven't heard anything officially yet, but last year Britney and Demi literally didn't sign a contract until just an hour before The X Factor FOX presentation.

If the judges are to be announced at the fox upfronts then Ne-Yo doesn't have the job. He is currently in Philidelphia.

Not necessarily, she needs to be back in America by 23rd may to start her tour, that doesn't mean she is or isn't going be a judge.

I only put that before because i was thinking that the judges were going to get anounced tonight at the fox upfronts but i was wrong . so she could still be a judge

Ne-Yo could still be in the running... the judes have not been revealed tonight. However it looks unlikely considering the panel looks to be Simon and three females.

Well yes, Season 1 was a complete and utter mess and then Season 2 was better but still a complete mess. The hosts and judges were terrible.

However, Ms Rowland will swoop in to save the day.
