Three of the UK's most renowned chefs, Tom Kitchin, Theo Randall and Michel Roux Jr are returning to catering college. They're each looking for a young student to take under their wing, someone they can mentor and inspire, eventually becoming their protege.

    interesting to see Kitchin in his own environment after seeing him in other programmes!

    i'd be straight out i loathe fennel it overpowers anything else on the plate

    you read like you need a stiff drink to get over the shock.....personally i think there was a rip in the fabric of the universe and i somehow slipped through into a parallel universe.....

    hahahahaa oh yes MRJ effing and jeffing in Ramsaystylee...i love the picture you paint of Monica i would definitely be reaching for a brandy if that happened!

    As much as I like my foodie shows, didn't watch this due to the the invovlement of Kitchin ..... he might be trying to fool us by being slightly pleasent, but we know what he's really like...
