So i use netflix on both my laptop and my samsung smart tv.
In the last week the recommended top 10 films category has disappeared on both.

Is everyone else having this issue or is it just me?? I'm really hoping netflix havent deleted this section

I find sometimes my recently watched list disappears which can be a pain, but it turns up eventually.

All the Categories apart from recently watched are completely random and do change now and then.
Personally I wouldn't worry about it.

No they haven't deleted it. It shows up on all my devices.
As I said above, each of the categories are random for each user and do change now and then.

It seems to come and go. I suspect it depends on how busy the servers are, and at very busy times it doesnt get shown to reduce the load.

Have you given Netflix a call to see what they have to say as it seems to be only affecting you?

No more silly than posting about it on here
The way I see it, Netflix are the only ones that can give you answers to your issue.

UPDATEEEEE****

So i got very annoyed with my netflix as loads of the categories were disappearing so i closed my account and opened a new account (with a free trial) and got my top 10 back.

However after 3 or so weeks it has gone, i finally spoke to someone that netflix today who told me the good news was top 10 recommended is to be no more. Instead it has been spread out to give each customer more films like the one's they have rated highly. He told me it is part of the website becoming more Alive ha.

Views??
