She is just a nasty cow pat! She should have been booted out instead of Sophie.

I can't believe Natalie was in a girl band for a short while, she looks well battered!

I'm seriously scared of them. I would hate actually to spill a glass of wine on any of them in the local wine bar.

I have to admit I coughed and choked when I heard she was 31, I thought she was more closer to 41.

She turned into a nasty, aggressive, defensive bitch when she was put under pressure. Don't like her at all.

31? Bloody hell. She must have had a hard paper round.

I'm sure she is lovely in real life, but she gives business women a bad name, what with all the shouting, pointing her finger and carrying on.

I don't think we have ever had these many scary women in one year ever!

What are you all on about? Her getting angry is completely understandable as Uzma kept dodging the point again and again and again. She didn't react in a way that was uncalled for. Having said that a more professional woman would need to control her temper more but Uzma really was trying it.

She was very lucky not to get fired. Good thing for her that Sophie turned out to be such a damp squib.

Any out burst of anger like that is uncalled for, she showed her true colours and they weren't shades of pink. Uzma remained quite calm which was more professional.
You need to respond and not react in business.

Whilst I agree that it was unprofessional of her I just don't think it's enough to warrant such criticism of her character when she was put in a deeply intense situation against the brick wall that was Uzma.

Sidenote: I intensely dislike the term true colours. People always react differently in different situations. Who are you to say her character should be based upon a given situation such as a boardroom rather than a much more natural and friendly setting?

It would be different if one of the girls had a fling with her hubby or b/f, then she could lay into her, but to do it over a poxy box showed her to be a warped harpie. She should have been booted!

Agreed it is a naff expression, but some aspects of a person are only revealed during extreme stress. Many people can manage their less positive traits in friendly circumstances, less mature people often find it more difficult to do so under pressure.

Natalie has no back bone and she is scared of Luisa, who dictated everything in her team and even who to bring back in the board room, she is the one who suggested Uzma and Sophie

Luisa has more input over the design and concept more so than anyone, she should have been brought back

The only reason Lusia gunned for Sophie is because during the telephone conversation after the market research, Sophie said to Natalie something like "are you going to listen to market research or Luisa.?"

Natalie should have gone, she was crap and passed the buck and allowed someone else to hijack her team

I have a friend that is the spitting image of Natalie, even down to the three inches of make-up. It's scary.

My friend is funny, charming, caring, but the last person I would give money to if I ever wanted to see it again.

Ditto.

Luisa is getting right up my nose. When she said to Natalie back at the house " I would have annihilated you " I thought, I can't wait to see your mush out of that door

I thought she was nicer that one. I even liked her. But the way she spoke to Uzma, and even Lord Sugar, scared me. I don't like people that think that raising their voices will prove them right. It was disgusting. And LS shouldn't have fired Sophie. I think any of the other two deserved it more. It's true she has been hidden or maybe eclipsed by the others, but LS in the past has given these kind of people one more chance by saying "You'll be team leader in the next task", I don't get why other persons deserved that chance but not Sophie.

But well... this is not the apprentice anymore, this is the business partner now, the one leaving should be the more responsible for the failure of the task, but instead, the one with the business project that interests him the least is the one leaving. Plus why are they getting rid of the most pacific characters but leaving those bunch of vipers intact? Is it for the show's sake? Because I find it unpleasant to see everyone shouting at each other, and everyone talking at the same time when it's someone else's turn!

I wonder if this is hurting their business careers more than doing them any good. I wouldn't like to be Luisa's business partner to be honest. I think if she wanted to get rid of a rival, she shouldnt have targeted Sophie, if she is right that she is the weakest link of the chain, she shoul've targeted stronger people that can compete with her in later stages of the program. If she was a bit clever, then she should have noticed earlier that natural selection would deal with weaker characters, it's the stronger ones she should be worrying about.

Anyway... I am not surprised this is the third failure for Evolve. All of them seem to be stepping on each other. They should have read LS book before applying. He says something like "If people works as a team, then they win and none gets fired!"

I really wanted Sophie to step up and show us something because I feel she is better than what we have seen of her so far, more so than all those other catty women who seriously lack class and common sense at times.

But She didn't really push anything though, and show Lord sugar what she has in her arsenal. It's a shame, because there is a brain in there ticking away, but she kinda just gets shouted down and trampled on.

To succeed in business you have to make yourself heard and she simply didn't stand up for herself at all.

Having said that, LS could have given her the benefit of the doubt, but she didn't cover herself in glory when LS asked her, why she should remain in the process. She kept banging on about the things she lacks and is not good at. That's when she buried herself IMO. Because the point of all these tasks is to see how well you can come through whilst doing things you are not comfortable with. Sometimes you have to leave your comfort zone and take a risk, and she pretty much ruled herself out of doing that. Because she keeps saying I am not creative, I am not good at sales. You do not go to a potential employer and sell yourself so short, because there are better candidates out there, who may not be good at everything, but show that they can learn and adapt.

So I think Sophie's attitude, more than her failings in the task, got her fired.

I think it's a real shame Sophie went so early, but she pretty much talked herself out of the running in the boardroom. I quite liked her, she seemed like a determined and capable character; I wish she'd got more of a chance to prove herself. She should have made a better case for herself though.

I get the feeling we're going to be left with the ''bigger characters'' for the sake of ratings, which I suppose is stating the obvious! I've watched The Apprentice from the first series, and have never seen a more irritating, seemingly incompetent bunch than this year's lot, at this stage of each series. (Yes, I know we'll get the inevitable ''journey'' of some characters, but most of this lot still irritate me more than anyone else on the show ever has... with the exception of Baggs The Brand and that idiot Sophocles.) It feels more like panto than anything, with most of 'em.

As for who should have gone... Natalie was a horror in the boardroom when she started yowling, but Uzma makes my teeth itch.

It's a little crooked, but the funny thing is you don't notice when speaking to her, it's when you have a photo you think "Is it always like that?"

Only major difference is my mate stopped highlighting her hair in about 10 years ago. It really doesn't work with a face like that, you look washed out, and OMG without makeup you look like something out of Supernatural.
