I was surprised to see Natalie get so angry, I guess that boardroom experience brings out the aggressive side in some.

Someone should have told her to calm down.

She came across quite deranged. She's obviously not good under pressure.

Even Jenny Celery did not come across as a "deranged" person.

To be fair I think she knew she'd messed up on this task. And was trying desperately to deflect blame so she could stay. The process of the show encourages them all to do this.

More seriously though she needs to [in a Liverpool accent] "calm down".

I cannot look at her without being reminded of Mandy from East Enders, she could be her elder sister. She also could do with a good meal, she looks so thin it is worrying.

Frankly if I had Uzma mouthing off in my face, "going crazy" would be all too real. That sneering, pouting harridan would make a saint swear....
