Like the foldo and the camping equipment from last year, do they go on sale anywhere? Who owns the rights? Lord sugar or the designer?

I'm pretty sure Phil went on to make and market the body rocka, so I take it LAS doesn't get exclusive rights to any inventions.

However most "inventions" weren't worth the chipboard the prototype was made of. In saying that the chair may have potential.

Body Rocka trademarks were taken out by the program makers:
http://www.ipo.gov.uk/tmcase/Results/4/EU008230807
http://www.ipo.gov.uk/tmcase/Results/1/UK0002507973A

... and then I recall Phil set up a company named Rocka Fitness Ltd and was given rights to sell the product, see cached site:
http://web.archive.org/web/201204261...bodyrocka.com/

Also a Youtube video here:

Unfortunately the company is now to be struck off according the Companies House!

Thanks for all the info.

I only heard about Phil, and tbh was amazed it ever saw the light of day, it was good for the task, but looked pretty much like something you see on an infomercial, where fit peeps pretend they only needed this piece of rubbish to get the abs they always wanted!!!

The BBC wouldn't directly take a percentage - it would violate the terms of their public service remit.
