what happens to the items they invent?
Like the foldo and the camping equipment from last year, do they go on sale anywhere? Who owns the rights? Lord sugar or the designer?

I'm pretty sure Phil went on to make and market the body rocka, so I take it LAS doesn't get exclusive rights to any inventions.
However most "inventions" weren't worth the chipboard the prototype was made of. In saying that the chair may have potential. |

Body Rocka trademarks were taken out by the program makers: http://www.ipo.gov.uk/tmcase/Results/4/EU008230807 http://www.ipo.gov.uk/tmcase/Results/1/UK0002507973A ... and then I recall Phil set up a company named Rocka Fitness Ltd and was given rights to sell the product, see cached site: http://web.archive.org/web/201204261...bodyrocka.com/ Also a Youtube video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5P78gbW22RA Unfortunately the company is now to be struck off according the Companies House!
