Hi there,

Not sure if this is the correct place to post about this but I was wondering if anyone has had any bad experiences with the Graze Boxes that have been advertised as I seem to have nothing but bad luck with them i.e. them charging me every week but not sending anything and charging me even after I have cancelled my subscription etc.

Is it just me or has anyone else had a bad experience?

Yep had a bad experience when they took money before sending out boxes. I fact they took two payments . They did refund though when I cancelled

I just take the free one every so often and cancel as soon as I've received it

I've heard of too many bad experiences with payments etc to partake in their schemes.

Wow this is not my experience at all, deliveries always came on the expected day, charging was correct, preferences respected....

The only reason I cancelled my subscription was because it seemed like an indulgence after I was made redundant, otherwise loved it!

I never had a problem with it, I cancelled as I got bored with nuts and fruit and the cakes and flapjacks never seemed to come that often

Had them for over a year. I started them when they did fresh fruit, but they stopped that and stuck to snacks.

I had a couple of boxes go missing - one of them they only refunded me half, which was a bit harsh, I thought.

I thought that their snacks got a bit boring after a bit, so I cancelled.

They still send me an e mail each month to try and tempt me back.

No, never had any problems with them. Was easy to cancel and they didn't take anymore money.

I agree. And they are expensive for what you get. Now they just send me constant annoying emails asking me to come back.

Never had a problem, in fact im surprised they manage to get Royal Mail to deliver on the correct day. Once I did not receive my box (post man probably got hungry) and they just credited my account. No problem with payments. I cancelled because ifI got one every week im paying almost £15 a month for a box of pumpkin seeds. They seem to mix everything with pumpkin seeds or everything seems to look like pumpkin seeds.

Done this on and off for about 18 months, they are abit of a rip off but I haven't paid full price yet got several free and half price boxes. Trouble is that it's meant to be "healthy" but it's not really with nuts and flapjacks and to be honest that's the stuff I want not the dried fruit! Got the bread once which was great but it's few and far between. Pushed my orders back again today, got the free breakfast one last week which was just as boring

Had the free one recently and cancelled as soon as I received it. All went smoothly and I've not been bombarded with emails like others have.
Probably won't bother with them again!
