I have got some of the 02 free sims and I wanted to change my tarriff to include 25 mms messages.

On the bumf that came with the sim card it said to write a text message mms25 to 21300 which I did and received a text message back saying my tariff is ineligible.

So I have since rang 2425 to change my tariff and received a text message saying that "your request to switch off your G300sms bolt on has been processed and it ends on 29 Jan05. To opt in at any time call blah blah."

I am still paying for my mms messages. How can I change it so I am getting some mms messages.

I have looked on the website but couldn't find anything different.

You have to wait until your current billing month has ended. So I think on the 30th January, you'll change from the 300 texts, to 200 and the 25 media messages will be added.
