Hi folks, our portable grill gave up the gost the other week, it was really handy if we were having a BBQ, gave us more space to cook if the gas one was full, It was a Palson model but didn't really like it so we are on the look out for a new one, any folks out there that have one that they are happy with, I could do with a recommendation as the internet throws up many makes and when you find reviews they are not that attractive.

Tanks, i have looked at this one, the wife likes it but there is another one with John Martins name on it and it has a removable plate which should make it easier to clean.

A you purely using it as a backup for a BBQ?

Surely if it's just for the odd occasion you don't need something that will be suitable for everyday cooking or for inside use.

You could get away with a cheap giddle plate and a portable gas ring.
