YES, YES and YES. Alexandra is about to slay. This is what was supposed to happen from the beginning! |

Yep. The owner of her new management is responsible for discovering Jay-Z and Kanye. Plus she just moved out to New York a few days ago.
The article is about her new management. Her label hasn't been announced yet, but I suspect it's Epic as she's been RT'ing L.A Reid very frequently on Twitter and her new US manager followed Epic just before he followed Alex... Exciting and important times for her ahead. I wish her all the best.

I'm glad for her. Her second era was horribly mismanaged and she deserves much better than that. She has one of the strongest, most distinctive and soulful voices of her generation in the UK and deserves every success she gets.

Very pleased for Alex. Hope all goes well for her in the US, she is a grafter & more importantly lovely vocals. She is starting with a new slate in the US, and they are not so bigotted towards reality show winners. I think some great things will come from this new development. I really wanted Alex to go with Overcome album, but it is never too late and to be honest she gets so much undeserved flack from UK, so I wish her all the very best.

I hope she uses this as a chance to give us some great music her voice is obviously capable of.

Yes Alex! With her first album sound and some more Soul influenced songs, she could become such a huge star. I've been wanting her to get to America for soooo long! Let's hope she gets the success she deserves.

I would imagine most decent artists would want to get away from Syco. Alex will do well.

Leona needs to follow Alex's footsteps and leave Syco she could be where Alex is.
I really hope Alex releases another ballad and will try and stay away from the generic dance stuff. |

Agree with that. Alex would do really well if she brought out a good ballad for a single which would appeal to a much larger audience.

I am so proud of her, she got knocked back in the UK by politics yet she's still working her ass off to make sure she's a sucessful artist.
I knew Alex would do this! Big things were always coming for her. |

Yeah. Hallelujah didn't sell 1.2m copies for no reason. Her voice is awesome on it. I want another ballad with that vocal exactly but of course to be original and her to write on it too.

Remember she wrote the track What Money Can't buy on H.O.H, And it was incredibly moving! Shows she is a good song writer.

I like her and I'm glad she has another chance, hopefully this album will be better than the horrendous piece of crap she released last time
