Not really. her mistake may have been not buying enough apple juice, but she made the three big calls right - going for high value buffalo and low cost soup, plus selling the potatoes above purchase cost,get her most of the way to a win.
Luisa annoys the hell out of me, taking the credit even though if they'd gone with her 6 Corn on the cob idea they'd have been destroyed xD
