On a cautious note, take care folks, and will see you next week.

Jusy watching now - Neil seems quite an unsavoury and ruthless character. Would hate to work under him.

Uzma? was the obvious one to go, Kirk was a bit unlucky to be in the final 3 - he set himself a target he didnt meet but his shakes were a good moneymaker for the team.

Looks like Louisa, the posh chap and Zee have been identified as weak links by the groups and will all go over the next few episodes.

I think Louisa will be in it till the end as I am not sure they have the balls to take her back to the boardroom if she is on the losing team

I thought this was a surprisingly mature performance from Neil, who was let down badly by Kurt - not so much his overestimation of sales, but because of his refusal to buy other produce because he was so focussed on making his shakes.

Luisa was very lucky her team bailed out her flawed strategy. Had Evolve lost, it's hard to see who else other than her could have been fired.

In reality, I thought there was little to choose between the two teams - both did some things well but also made bad errors - and the final results showed that.

Anyhow, for anyone who's interested, here's my weekly review, including some thoughts on why you should never let the 'expert' in the team be the PM or a sub-team leader:

I have to say I felt sorry for Uzma. I'm sure she can sell, but she's clearly not comfortable with the "fairground barker" approach, and nor would I be.

It probably was a fair firing though, as she's contributed little in any task.

Jason is the gift that keeps giving. I feel for him, but the boys' approach to him ("Oh no! Who let Jason out?") does amuse me. It's nice to know that the girls all liked him.

Uzma on Twitter:

"‏@uzmayakoob
What a TOTAL SET UP! If I remember correctly I was the second HIGHEST SELLER after Zee #theapprentice @TheApprenticeTV @bbcapprentice"

So why didn't she say that in the board room or you're fired?
Editing, you could tell every time they showed Uzma it was only her trying to get a word in.

Usual hatchet job

I didn't think Uzma was too bad this week I thought Neil should've gone he seemed really arrogant and didn't really let Kurt or Uzma talk. But it was Uzmas third time she was going to go anyway and Neil was able to use her being there before against her to work to his advantage.

Neil was quite dictatorial at times, but clearly he did let Kurt talk at some point given that they went with his product idea, his sales estimate and his idea about diversifying into juices!

Where he did shout Kurt down was over his request for him to spend as much of the £100 budget he was given for fruit and veg as possible. Kurt took it on himself to ignore that direction. To be honest, I'd have had a go at him as well for that. You may disagree with what the PM wants you to do but you don't deal with it by ignoring him, you try to persuade him - just as Francesca and Myles did to Luisa.

It looks clear that Sugar doesn't want another female winner. Four episodes in and three girls gone, just one guy. He will remove all the women and eyebrow man from Wales will win!

To be fair the girls have given him a lot of ammo.

No telling with the new format. If the only one there with a decent, politivcally acceptable, idea was a Martian, they would win. Marking on the old format, most of the males have already done something stupid, and Leah and Luisa have both done more well and shown ability in a range of skills. Kurt seems to have failed in his own specialist task, Jordan may get fired for being unbearable given Lord Sugar's reactions to him. Lord Sugar is slowly doubting Neil, and Jason is hardly looking great. Zee looks like an early departure. Alex has picked up lots of points for his chair design, but looks too stupid to win in much of his editing.

That plonker who shouted "Get in!" as if it somehow meant something should have been fired. Never mind winning or losing, just anyway.

He's not had much choice. He doesn't decide which team wins or who gets brought back into the boardroom. For tasks 1 and 3, he only had women to choose from. Between tasks 2 and 4 he had three men and three women, and chose one of each. So insofar as 4 episodes had any statistical significance, he's been even-handed.
