Journey in reality television usually implies positive character growth, so it has to be somebody who has been seen rather negatively so far.

My opinion is Alex; perceived by many as an OTT goofball he shows himself to be an incredibly competent and strong candidate.

What with her "engage your brain" comment. I doubt it.

I can just imagine her being Alan's business partner and saying that "Alan, engage your brain will you". Hahaha.

He probably needs that at times. I don't like Luisa but she did well tonight by being level headed enough to change tactics and strong enough to take the team with her, even though they slagged her off in the boardroom afterwards and she was a bit bratty over it.

Her comment last week was cut down from the original recording - although she didn't explicitly state a name, there was an implication that it could be Jason.

I imagine that she was referring to Luisa, who although not a great team leader, also had the good sense to back down to Leah and Myles.

Personally the person that jumped out from nowhere for me was Myles. He was decisive without being confrontational, and talked Luisa around, if it had been Leah alone on that phone call, Luisa would've ignored her IMO, and probably lost the task.
