Hello everyone!

hopefully it is really stupid question with very obvious answer - so someone would be able to help me!

I have DEFY+ (plus) JCB edition phone and somehow main application - JCB tools - have gone missing! I tried to set up factory settings - didn't help..

any ideas?
Is there another way or method to get this application back?
