I agree with you. She is a different class to most of the other females on the show. She seemed classy and sophisticated and didn't act like she having a bitch fight with teenage girls. But hey ho, she seemed quite bored and uninterested so maybe it was best she went.

Depends who is in his team. Neil messed up big time as did Natalie last week but both didn't get fired, so there is always that.

She said as much on You're Fired. She said she knew as it was her third appearance she was unlikely to survive.

She did try to defend herself. We saw her claim that she was being made a scapegoat because of her poor track record.

Disagree, I don't think that Neil and Natalie did that much wrong themselves (especially compared to Jaz and Tim) apart from listening to their teammembers (and letting them decide what the design/selling product would be).

What did Tim do that Natalie and Neil didn't do?

All 3 of them bad decisions by following their team members ideas. So if Tim had to go, so did Natalie and Neil. The only thing Tim didn't do was shriek like Natalie the banshee in the boardroom or go all aggressive like Neil the bulldozer.

But that's my opinion. To each their own.

For me the main difference is that he had chances to fix the problems, and didn't.
