First I've heard about Jamie and Alice. Strange really, I think Alice would have been the obvious choice to take over from Emma.

She got a job at Radio 1 weeknights 10pm-1am, hence why she could only appear on the weekend editions of Bit On The Side in January. Otherwise I'm sure she would have been involved, but obviously working 7 nights a week for the whole summer is a big ask of anyone.

She probably was, but because of her Radio 1 show, one of them had to give. And noone in their right mind would pick Channel 5 over the BBC regardless of the programme.

AJ is quite similar in style from what I've heard.
