hi, have been advised to eat yoghurt with a 'live' culture to help digestion/grumbling tummy.
I just wonder if thats the best source, isn't acidopholous (not sure on spelling) better?
any advice on benefiticial foods would be great,
thanks..

I like live yoghurg but also tend to have some if my stomach is upset.

I have just looked at a pot of 'Longley Farm' live yoghurt - it contains bifidus and acidophilus bacteria.

I used to buy live yoghurt..............then if you simmer some milk, let it cool, put it in a clean pot, put a couple of spoons of your live yoghurt in it, cover, and stick it in the airing cupcoard............in a couple of days you'll have a pot ful of live yoghurt..............and you just keep repeating that !
