Next CBB - Anyone from yewtree?
Okay, bare with me on this one as at first glance this may look foolish, but is there any chance anyone on the 'Operation Yewtree' list will be on the next CBB if any of the celebrities charges/police are no longer interested and allegations are dropped so to speak? Would any of them even be up for it, I know Jim Davidson was ready to be in the last one, for example. Or even more anyone that is found innocent of certain charges. Or is this simply never going to happen? What are people's thoughts on this?

![]() Innocent or not they have been pegged in the same group as Jimmy Saville who by the sounds of it is the worst peado this nation has ever had, that's why it took so long to do the arrests. The officers knew that there had to be something substantial because it will essentially ruin their lives if they are innocent. Plus I doubt BB bosses would be that stupid. I doubt the people involved even if they are innocent will ever recover. If their guilty then I hope they all burn in hell never mind get more TV time. |

CBB will be a bit wary about signing up male UK TV stars from the 70's.

The fact Jim Davidson had signed up puts BB in a bit of a predicament. Legally, if charges were dropped or he was found innocent, BB could not deny him the earnings he could make if he still wanted to take part in the show. BB would have to come up with another reason to deny him a place in the house.

He never made it into the series he was supposed to be in because he was arrested, therefore although not his fault he broke the contract by not appearing on the show. Therefore BB can deny him any earnings because the contract was null and void, they do not have to honour it. If he appeared on the show and was taken off part way through by being arrested then it is a different case because he could argue he still appeared, but not with the way things happened. |
