Don't know what to think of this...

Might as well just rename it Secret Story, it would interest casual viewers more than "Big Brother: Secrets and Lies".

No, keeping "Big Brother" in the title will attract its fanbase and maybe former fans who want to see what they're doing with it.

Treating it as a new show called Secret Story won't attract much attention because it's channel 5. BB pulls in bigger ratings than they usually do.

I think it's good, at least it is still called 'Big Brother', should be interesting to see how this series is, and the news seems to be coming in now.

None of this is even on there own website yet, Did they forget about there website?

Is this just a tagline like previous series have had?

Surely the official name won't be "Big Brother: Secrets and Lies" - that isn't particularly user friendly or appealing looking in your Sky Guide/EPG.

And what will live shows be called? Big Brother: Secrets and Lies: Live From The House? I hope not

Waiting for a better source to confirm this start date: Thursday 13th June. Its still TBC at the moment really.

From the sounds of it and from what the Express said earlier (mentioned this being the name of this year's show), it'll be the official series name, so in the branding and listings too.


Probably just the nightly main show will be billed 'Big Brother: Secrets & Lies' the rest will probably be Big Brother Live Eviction etc as normal as it's not a change in the show's name, just this series. Though they could do something like:

Or drop / move the colon.

It would definitely be different if they did rename it in the listings rather than have it just as a tagline or a theme. A sign that they're taking it a lot more seriously than we thought?
