Free software to change a PDF doc to word doc

I have downloaded a form I need to fill, I would like to do this with word but want a programme to convert this. Can anyone recommend ?

I've never had to do this but if the text in the PDF has been outlined then it won't be picked up as text at all and so won't be convertible...

Have you tried cutting and pasting it all into a word doc as a quick fix?

You need to register an account on the adobe site but IIRC you get a couple of free conversions as a trial. After that it costs 15 a year.

LibreOffice can import and edit PDFs.

PDF isn't really designed for editing through, it's a final format designed to look the same everywhere.

if the form is not designed to be filled in electronically then it is very difficult. probably not the way forward.

Are you aware that the standard, free Acrobat Reader allows you to freely type onto a PDF document?

Go to Comment/Add Text Comment.
