OK, so we have been given a few details of the upcoming series, however the housemates are not in hiding yet, so won't they be expecting there to be a twist relating to 'Secrets and Lies'?

Unless they all know that each of them has a secret and must work out each other's as well as keeping their own hidden from the other housemates.

What's your thoughts?

That's exactly how BB:AUS started last year,so at this stage I think it's safe to assume that is what C5 are going to do.
In AUS they split the HM's into girls and guys teams who went off to another area to watch and discuss each of the HM's possible secrets from a list of secrets.
At the end of the first week the team who discovered the most secrets were immune from nominations that week.

How do you know that they're not in hiding yet? I know they usually go into hiding about 2 weeks before it starts, but usually news is only released about the show once all the housemates are in hiding.

Misleading title. Next time use a source or explain more what you're on about. For all we know the housemates could be in hiding by now, as news has all been released about the series.
