Well here you go my lovely ......

Have another

(((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((K-S)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))

Obviously I don't know the reasons for needing comfort but I know I was in a very dark place not so long ago.
And it wasn't only due to a relationship break-up ... there was a great deal more trauma going on which I have never touched upon.

I'm no longer there and I hope you too can find your way back xxx

Ode to Beauty

The scent of freshly-cut and moistened grass,
The web of fragile dew the dawn has kissed,
A crystal winter pond as smooth as glass,
The burst of morning sunlight after mist.

The panorama of the desert sands,
Great pictures in a gallery of art,
Fine furniture produced by expert hands
That slowly crafted every single part.

The woman's face that haunts me still today,
I can't forget the fleeting moment when
She passed me in the street and walked away;
I glimpsed her once and never once again.

The brightness of the berry by its leaf,
The tides in their hypnotic ebb and flow,
Stone circles where the people placed belief
In something we can never really know.

A softly-spoken requiem for loss
With thoughts to ease uncertain times ahead,
Aged carvings long encrusted with green moss
And tapestries of evening sewn in red.

The universe, miraculous and wide,
Soft ripples as they glisten on a lake;
The mills of my emotion turn inside
So constantly to beauty that I ache.

Cheers.

Here is another.

Trolls.

Ranting behind the computer screens of their failure.

So very brave urging people to their deaths and perfection in their cowardice.

Every vile comment a reflection of whom they really are.

Defeating no one but themselves.

Yellow.

Spineless.

Gutless.

That whole troll thing really does intrigue me. I mean ... what sort of head space are these people in?
I always imagine them to be a little bit smelly, with bad skin, ghastly dietary intake because surely their brains are not getting ANY of the nutrients needed for clear, lucid thinking ... and without a doubt, egos that would make Sigmund spin in his grave.

That's just my take on it

God knows.

I find having fun on a forum a rare pleasure - why someone would want to spout some of the evil shit they do is beyond me.

There was once a man
He ran and ran
And had many fans
His name was Dan
He was Dan with plenty of fans who ran and ran

Tyrannosaurus rex.

Fearsome tonnage of bone, muscles and teeth.

Greatest of the great, power beyond all imagination.

Paragon of razors through flesh.

Death incarnate.

A superb painting of the T Rex, achieved in just a few lines! I'll try to dig up (no pun intended) one of my dinosaur poems next time Keyser

The Great Unknowns

Does Keyser buy girls gin and Tizer?
Would Flower give Brad Pitt an hour?
Does Belly Button flirt in Sutton?
Is Bobbysmom a true sex bomb?
Would Archiver chat up Godiva?
Does Musty like them slim or busty?
Who makes us hot, who leaves us cold?
Nobody here has met or told.

The Fourth Night

As the week moves further on
and the end is now in sight
I find my thoughts slowly drifting
to what will happen on Saturday night.

It will be the fourth one in a row
that I've focused just on him.
But will it be this coming one
when he goes out on a limb?

It's a funny little game is this
Like the prequel to a best seller.
The looks are like a courtship ritual
In a bid to snare a fella.

But four of them? That makes a month!
My goodness how time flies!
Is it really THAT long
since I first locked with his eyes?

I've lived the night a hundred times
whilst lying in my bed
And I've dreamed a thousand outcomes
with full technicolour in my head.

What if he doesn't talk to me?
Or even worse pretends
He didn't see me, but WORST of all
He'll want to be "just friends"
