I do hope so - she is the only talent on there!
The wild card is for the act sent home that were in the top three, Alice wasn't in the top three, she isn't getting the wild card.

Alesha Dixon was asked about who she would put through on BGMT and she said Alice so unless she hasn't got a clue about how it works and the fact that nobody corrected her i think its opened to anyone!
But didn't the judges just say that Alice deserves the wildcard? Surely that means she could get it?

Alice may be her personal choice but the wild card is for third place contestants, that's how it's been before and is the same this year.

What ever happens later in the week i am sure Alice will get plenty of offers from recording companies to sign her.

It would be difficult to put her in as the wildcard - given she was not in top 3. Obviously the British public don't like her. I don't think Simon would risk the backlash. However he will give her a record contract anyway.
She will appeal more to the US public, as long as they don't see what a spoilt brat she is - and Simon will hide that side of her personality from the US public.

Ah well fair do's! I thought it was odd that nobody corrected her on it!
I am at a loss as to why the Irish youngsters pipped Alice to the 3rd place.......The Aww/ cutie factor, I suppose - but they couldn't sing !!

Alice has been getting loads of positive reaction on her Facebook and Twitter page which should encourage her. What would benefit her is an appearance on Later with Jools who is always showcasing new talent which is always of a very good standard.
I think if Alice had done something similar to her audition she would have got through easily. After all it has got over 4 million hits on YT, which is probably a record. So many of them make the same mistake - they try to do something different for the semifinal instead of sticking to what got them there.

I agree with you. The problem she was probably told that she had to do something different, as obviously happened with young Modupe as well.

Alice is the only singer from any talent show who I would actually choose to listen to. I know she is not the most talented, technically, but I love the sound of her voice, and the type of music she has selected for BGT really suits her voice.

She is only at the begining of her career, and with the right guidance and people behind i am sure that she is going to do well.
