Manhattan Plaza HDR-S freesat+
Brand new - installed with 70% Signal Strength, 80% Quality on a 80cm dish in the South of France.
HDMI 1080p to a Sony LCD TV Works perfectly some of the time, but then displays "Out of Range" message on a Blank Black screen and takes a few seconds to get a picture back. Problem then reoccurs at random short intervals. Power off/on takes the problem away temporarily. The message is not listed in the Manhattan manual. Any ideas? It has just occurrred to me that I ought to rule out the HDMI /TV connection so will try that ! |

OK I have now Googled the error message and have found that it is related to the Sony TV! However it does not occur on other HD devices !
Is there a known Manhattan/Sony issue? |

1080i appears to be better!
The Sony is presumably struggling to process 1080p? |
