I'm afraid I'm going to have to disagree with you. Compared to other years, this first semifinal is quite a decent line-up and it will be difficult to predict the winner/finalists. None of my particular favourites are in this heat, but I must admit that there are some decent acts appearing nonetheless. I'm struggling to think of any good acts from the heats who haven't made it through to the live semis - something I can do with ease in other years.
I wouldn't give up watching just yet - give it at least one live show before you throw in the towel.

quiet decent?

Bosom buddies? Martin Healey? Some kids dancing? and a 12 yr old girl acting 21. No thanks.

For BGT they are good acts - better than previous years anyway.

Bosom Buddies were one of those acts that were surprising decent considering they were effectively a 'joke' act, the 12yr old has an amazing voice, the Mentalist was incredible, band of voices were a decent acapella group and Richard and Adam are your Typical BGT power singers complete with choir. I'm really excited for this semi as its got quite a few strong performers and even the terrible acts aren't completely hopeless (Maybe except Martin) so it should be a close one

er well not that great a line up, but will see what they pull out the bag. Hopefully not another adult song for the 12 year old girl.

I was just looking at it then and thought that a decent act will be going home

apart from the last 2 acts the whole thing was like a saturday morning kids show- childish and amateurish.

When I saw Aaron Crowe there was something very familiar about him. Then realised he was one of the acts on BBC1's Magicians last year when I was in the audience. Did exactly the same act/trick on that show. Think it's a con he's on BGT when he is already in paid TV entertainment on the oposing channel.
