The young boys behaved with great dignity and clapped for everyone as they went through showing great maturity .
And Alice is the grown-up age of 28, long past the shy, nervous little girl.

Interesting how Cowell fawns over her and upgraded her from 'liquid gold' to 'liquid platinum', yet Tom Jones wasn't that impressed by her.

Who would you take notice of?

Well in my case, I have ears, and her semi was flat and it was if she could not be bothered to sing, as for her going from a bubbly singer on the voice to a nervous wreck on BGT, I don't get it.

She also did a interview with the Sun, and had a very positive picture session, then would you believe it, back to a 'little girl lost act' on the semi, not even coming out with the other's in the green room.

She tried playing a game to win votes, and it failed.
I just think that's ridiculous. When has someone breakling down and looking crushed ever won them anything?

She was most likely dismayed by all the fake accusations in the media and online after the Voice audition was shown and it may have chipped away at her confidence even more than being rejected by the Voice in the first place.

People calling her fake don't know much about singers and their nerves IMO.

So many people throw the word "fake" around nowadays, I think it's really lost all meaning. It's one of those buzzwords that seems to appear all the time in forums like this - people seem to want to declare everything fake in the hope that they get it right just one time out of a hundred.

I'm just very glad I'm not famous. I can't imagine how mortifying it must be to put yourself thorough one of these big talent shows just to be branded a fake by the media and people on forums like this one.

I so agree with you. It also sounds too much like another word with a different vowel sound, which gives it more nasty impact.

Her voice was flat and she forgot the words, but she seems to be winning some over with her 'little girl lost act'

Lucky enough viewers were not taken in as she did not even come 3rd.

Couldn't agree more. If you've had a particularly stressful experience on one of these shows, it must be mortifying to read that people think you're putting on an act. That in itself could certainly make a person feel even worse about themselves.

If she does it just makes a mockery of the whole show imo, there is a rule that stipulates the 3rd placed semi finalists are the only ones available for selection for the wildcard, if they manipulate this to get her into the final, the show will lose what little credibility it has left

And could you image the histrionics that she will pretend to have. And when she does not win, the newspaper interviews, 'I have been misunderstood, poor me'....
