Generally I like to see some conflict early on, but to have some resolution of that towards the end of a series. BB9 certainly had that, with the Whisper club going from being confident, to slow realisation that the public simply didn't like them. Similarly, It was good to see the (at one point) seemingly impossible triumph of the Outsiders/soldiers over The Insiders and a bit of reconciliation towards the end. Even Deana, who seemed to revel in having the upper hand in the final week or so, stopped teasing Luke S and started singing his praises to a gobsmacked Luke and Adam. ”

Hmm. I don't think the Whisper Club was very confident, though perhaps some individual HMs in it were? It was more B-Block, especially Kat, that seemed over-confident.

Re the insiders / outsiders in bb13, there always seemed to be an over-estimation of how large and united a group the 'insiders' were, and an over-estimation of how influential certain individual 'insider' HMs such as Caroline were.

But if there is a divide, I suppose it can be better if it takes the whole series for things to be resolved, rather than having one side wiped out via twists and questionable punishment decisions as in bb7.

BB13 was pretty much how I like BB to be, so I guess Nasty for me! I love the bitchery and back stabbing I definitely don't want it as nasty as BB6 though.

I just want it to be fun !! I want to actually laugh out loud during the show at least a few times like we used to. Yes I know you have to have a certain amount of bitching as just about everyone bitches in life to some extent, I just hate the outright nastiness.

I enjoyed the last series, it was full of drama and great housemates. I really got behind Deana and the outsiders/soldiers and it generally had a feel of the older series to it.

It was great apart from the horrendous treatment towards Deana by that thug Conor. Hopefully there won't be any twists which allow a thug like him to win £50k but I'm not even going to get started on that.

I'm looking forward to this though especially with Emma as the main presenter and Rylan oon BOTS.

I thought that the Whisper Club were pretty confident prior to Spitgate, or as you say, certain individuals were. I am sure that B-Block were also pretty confident, once all the others had been evicted, but even then Kat seemed anxious that her 'team' would stick together. Imo, she was worried that Darnell's attraction to Sara might mean he nominate one of B-Block rather than her. She definitely seemed to be looking for reassurance from him in particular.

I don't think the Insiders were particularly united, perhaps as a result of the most dominant personalities (Conor and Caroline being unable to agree on two people that they wanted out, but they were certainly the dominant group once Becky and Scott moved firmly to their camp. It certainly looked curtains for the Outsiders to me and many others at one point. The Outsiders themselves seemed to believe that they would be 'picked off, one by one'

A mix of it, just like BB3 and BB5. Both were brilliantly entertaining, big arguments with big characters but with lots of drunken, fun antics and playing games.

They did seem pretty confident. During the week that Jen and Rex were up for eviction, I can remember a lot of them saying that Rex would definitely be going. Bex said to him at one point, "I guarantee you will go".

Also, during the week that Darnell, Mo and Bex were up, the day before Bex was evicted, the house did a discussion on who they most/least wanted to win, and Luke then decided to start a poll on "who's the most hated in the outside world". Only five of these answers were shown in the HL, but we saw three of these HMs, (Luke, Stu and Dale), said Mo. And the next day, when Bex was evicted, they didn't think she'd be going. Earlier in the day, when Kat and the others were singing "Happy House", Luke said, "we'll see who's happy tonight, shall we? SHUT UP!" At the time of the eviction, when Davina said, "The sixth person to be evicted is...", Bex said, "I'll tell you who", so she obviously didn't think she was going. In fact, when Davina says her name, we saw her, Stu and Luke look shocked.

I just want a fair and unbiased series that shows all housemates as what they are really like, whether that be nice or nasty.

For me the top element has to be humor. Whether it's the HMs or a wiity BB, humor always improves the show.

Ben was hilarious in BB11. Here is the thread with his best quotes. That year went downhill fast after Ben was evicted

I really enjoyed Aaron's offbeat wit in BB12. Faye was also quite funny, but BB didn't show much of her humor.

Mario BB9 unintentionally hilarious in his officiousness.

Luke BB9 was annoying, nasty, and very funny.

Rex BB9 with his dry oblique comments.

i want big brother to be nasty but if the housemates get nasty like connor last year they need to be strictly punished

I liked it last year so nasty with bits of nice but if anyone like Conor comes in and does & says the stuff he said to Deana, should be booted

I want a nice balance. I did enjoy BB13 at the beginning, but I eventually went off it because of unpleasant housemates like Conor. BB should have been more forceful to stop the BB13 house becoming too negative.

I don't mind seeing conflict, but I hope BB steps in at the right time this year and is forceful and shows the housemates they have all the power and can't be messed with.

History shows us that the most popular series had major arguements but also a lot of humour and fun.
BB5 had fight night, ahmedgedon, and the wedding task fight but it also had dark humoured tasks/challenges like the evil obstacle course and real fun tasks like pizza delivery, school task..add to this the humour with stu and his hats,bb taking the pish out of michelles singing, the girls doing moulin rouge and victor singing ill make llove to you,the bedsit.

BB6 had some really harsh housemates and fights were never ending but the humour of box tasks, makosis secret missions, room 101,speed dating helped to make it a stand out series.

BB7 also had nastyness but some great humour.
BB3 the same.

Then it all started going a bit wrong because the balance never was matched after BB7.
Sometimes the humour was missing, sometimes the nastyness was lacking and other times the mix of hms was bad.

So I want to see that balance brought back with some great housemates ,some great fun created by BB and the HMs,some drama although please let the arguements develop as individual arguements rather than this team tribal warfare which i hate.
I also think the tasks if designed to pull housemates apart will also balance out by giving them tasks to bring the whole group back together..this is often done really well in BBAUS where a few tasks will cause major friction but eventually tasks are put in place to bring those people back together and work as a team.
Im asking for a lot and its not just down to the producers but also down to the housemates themselves...im looking for a classic series.

Not only do I think Luke was very bitchy and cowardly, I also think he was very contrived, particularly in his Diary Room moments. I think he had plans on what to say in the Diary Room to try and make people think he was funny. But his constant bitching and bitterness meant I did not find him funny.

Last year's was great so it will have to be nasty, it's boring when they all like each other
