It's true, Leah made it personal, and LS doesn't take it well, when people use personal vendettas as a means to getting someone ousted. Leah was leading the sub team, she didn't exactly do that well either. Going to the market was actually a good move. You are more likely to get things better priced. I have been to Dubai, and the markets pretty much sell everything. It's where locals go to shop, not to the flashy glitzy malls. You are more likely to pick stuff up cheaper. Not sure why they only came back with 2 items.

All Leah was concerned about was trying to get one over on Zee, rather than put 100% in to leading her team. Saying that,I don't think Zee covered himself in glory either, but then it's a team effort and there were quite a few weak links in that task.

Don't know about the sexism issue, I think that is pretty much Zee's character, but it hasn't seemed to hurt him in real life, and seems to have done well for himself. i doubt a lot of these high flying business types have got where they are because they play nice. Sugar says it himself, when introducing the show, it's a dog eat dog world so treading on people's toes is part of the whole thing.

I think his problem with Zee, was that he's too much of a bullshitter for his liking, so too much of a risk. But I think deep down,he admired some of Zee's traits and what he had achieved.

Him and Leah did not like each other and she behaved very badly and deserved to be in the firing line. However, there was everything sexist about the reason they didn't like each other. Zee's bad business decisions and the reasons he lost the task had only a tenuous link to his misogyny. He acceoted Kurt's dimensions for the flag. If a girl had said the same thing, he would have checked. I'm reliably told that it was Neil, not Kurt, who bought the wrong robe thingy and bragged about it. He was justified in bringing Leah back, as she had sought to undermine him and the task. However, despite two of the men making appalling task losing decisions, he brought back Natalie, who admittedly didn't contribute much but did nothing to contribute to the failure either. His prejudice in favour of Y chromosomes led him to leave the proper candidates scot free. that was a business decision which he could be expected to repeat in the real world and would make him a rotten business partner. Zee needed to go,this was his make or break task and he broke, It was absolutely the right decision.

Firstly, it was 'You're a doctor', you added the 'just'. Secondly, that wasn't the implication, the implication as you agree with in the second bit of your post, is that being a Doctor doesn't make you a good or even competent business person, at all. The same would apply if she was a lawyer or a clown.

You're saying Neil's not a man? Uzma was acked for her performance in the previous week, in reality. She should have gone instead of Sophie and Kurt should have gone last week. He must have a bloody good business plan because he has pkayed a big part in the failure of the last 2 tasks but stupid Zee didn't take him in to the boardroom this week, ensuring his own demise.

If Zee had brought one of either Neil or Kurt into the boardroom with Leah, he may just have survived. But I am frankly glad he didn't as his arrogance in stopping Natalie from contributing was pathetic. Leah did have the right idea (which Zee should have had himself) about going to the Mall.

At the end of the day, Leah cost them the task, She had a vendetta against Zee from the start, you could see this when she got out-voted to be PM.

She put in zero effort and went out to ruin the task, just to see Zee fail, as a way of saying that She should have been pm, as she mentioned dozens of times during the episode. She installed this theory in to the minds of her team mates as well, by constantly harping on about it.

Zee told her to go to the souks, she didn't listen and wasted time going to the mall, She then blamed him for changing her mind when she got there. Her sub team spent hours at the market and managed to purchase one viable product from hundreds of shops, that is dreadful.

She completely undermined the pm and wasn't a team player.

As for Natalie, playing the sexism card was a low point in this series so far, I have no idea what she has contributed since the start of this series, all she ever does is moan and complain when she is in the firing line.

While I accept editing may play a part, we did see Zee ignoring Natalie and not allowing her to make a contribution. Last week, we saw Uzma being given an opportunity to sell and not doing so. I sympathised with her a bit, as she was clearly uncomfortable with that kind of loudhailer sales, but it did show a limitation at least.

Zee said there was no point, he was right, as we saw with the other team, the locals couldn't understand what they were talking about on the phone.

The only reason Natalie wanted the phone book, was so that she could say that she did something in the task. It was obvious what she was doing.

I'm not sure it's that cut and dried. In the past we have seen both approaches win. Going to the mall meant it was a bit easier to find products, but at higher prices. Going to the souks offers lower prices, but can be confusing to navigate, particularly when you're not 100% sure what you're looking for.

Ultimately it wasn't strategy that won or lost the task - it was the ability to identify what an oud was and then secure a good discount. These discount buying tasks tend to be won or lost on the high-value items. Working the numbers, it looked like the oud was the most expensive item, followed by the tiles.

Remember, the margin of victory was £88. Jordan was originally quoted 1,850 dirhams for the oud and eventually agreed on 990. That's a discount of 860 dirhams - which at the time of filming was around £150. Put another way, the fine Zee's team suffered for not buying the oud was £150 - it lost them the task.

Where Zee was at fault was for not listening to his team asking if he had mixed up oud (musical instrument) with oudh (perfume). He kept sending them on wild goose chases. That, more than anything else, cost his team the win - and that was his fault.

The Oud didn't cost them the task. They only managed 4 items out of 10, was it. The failure of the task was down to not working as a team and wasting time on petty squabbles.

The flag set them back an extra £25 and they got fined on the clothing item, had they got these right, they they would have won. Zee shouldn't have been fired, his only failure was bringing in the wrong people, but as I have argued Leah deserved to go home, as did Natalie for contributing nothing.

I agree that the failure to work as a team (i.e. Zee thinking he knew everything) was the root cause of the failure - but what that led to was a failure to buy the single most expensive item: the oud. If you do the maths, the fine for that one item alone was 860 dirhams, which is around £150.

Other items such as the flags (200 dirhams total - £35) were relatively small contributors to the failure. If they had correctly bought only three items but one of them had been the oud, they wouldn't have been fined £150 for it and they would have won. Of course it helps to buy more items, but what works best is to buy the most expensive items. We saw some items being bought for as little as 20 dirhams - that's a measly £3.50!

It is just possible that Uzma and Natalie were both victims of the same tactic: PMs identifying who is already in Lord Sugar's sights and deliberately sidelining them in order to later claim in the boardroom that Person X did nothing. Yes, it is true that X did nothing but that is because you locked her in the broom cupboard.

I don't think he was sexist. I think he treats everyone like crap. He did it to Jason on the farm shop task. Is Jason a woman? No. Zee is just an idiot. The whole episode was crafted to make us think Zee hates women i.e. when he said 'come on boys' and then went 'sorry and you' to Natalie which is hardly sexist but already painting a distinction for us. I think he was a better project manager than Miles who didn't seem to have any real strategy whereas Zee made it very clear from the begining that they would have more fun in the suuk because everything is there and at one third of the price. Hiss mistake was the Oud thing but tbf the other team made the same mistake and was designed to trip them up considering that Oudh is one of the most traditional things in arabian culture.. he got fired for bringing the wrong people into the boardroom with him considering he let the two people who lost him the task off (Kurt and Niel) scot free and that is because Zee is childish and childish people are run by emotion so he didn't make his decision based on strategy but rather who he felt attacked by.

It WAS a low blow and bang out of order unless she had clear evidence to back it up. In a real workplace, you just don't make accusations like that just because you don't like someone - the ramifications are significant as management are compelled to investigate.

We did see some evidence to suggest that Zee has a bit of a problem with women, but outright sexism? Sorry, no proof of that. He was rude, yes. He didn't listen and was patronising, yes. But sexist? Impossible to say on the little evidence we saw. Zee was less sexist than he was a complete idiot.

I think a lot less of Natalie for what she did (and also Leah for backing her up without first-hand evidence). Yes, she was fighting for her life, but there are some lines you shouldn't cross unless you have clear evidence, and that's one of them. I wouldn't work with someone who comes up with stuff like that just because she's in a corner.

On "You're Fired" the women on gave him what for. I'm so glad he went, he was cocky and had a bad attitude to everyone else and women especially.

I'm in two minds about Zee being sexist. On one hand he made a huge mistake bringing them back, so it could be taken that way. On the other hand it was boys vs girls the first couple of weeks, and Leah only got moved to his team this episode, so maybe there was a touch of loyalty to the guys.

Natalie doing nothing APU, wasn't really a good reason to bring her back, it reflects badly on you as a PM for letting her get away with it. It was also a cynical move, knowing Uzma got fired for being a regular in the boardroom.

I would have left him in the series just to see him grilled by Margaret! If he had even tried to be one iota sexist she would have eat hit for breakfast!
