Francesca has not been in the final 3 either. For the girls, only Luisa & Francesca who haven't been in the final 3. Francesca has not really done anything impressive, though.

Tim took Francesca in, week two. She wasn't in much peril, though - not a memorable boardroom appearance!

Francesca was in week 2 when she ballsed the calculator job.
