A weekly poll was made during Young Apprentice on here so I thought I'd do a weekly one from now on.

So, who is your favourite candidate and why?

Jason.

People seem to over-look him but everytime I start to think he's in there just for the entertainment, he shows himself to be very capable. What we saw of him negotiating tonight was excellent.

Francesca. Mainly for the looks, but she's not done too badly either.

Shocked Leah is at the top so far

I like Alex, Francesca, Jordan, Leah and Rebecca.

I might aswell give it to Leah this week for showing a different side to herself. I wanted her to kick some arse, though I didn't expect her to take that and run with it. Not that Zee didn't deserve it.

Leah, kinda arrogant tonight but she seems the best one there. Really looking forward to seeing her as PM, she showed tonight she is not be messed with,

How come Leah is popular here? Rebecca is the strongest girl in there.

I cant recall anything Rebecca has done tbh

Hopefully she steps up as PM soon so we can see how well she does instead off playing the background character.

Leah is intelligent and controls her behaviour. I Prefer Rebecca but those two are my preferred candidates.

What's don't know is why there isn't a least favourite candidate thread with Neil polling about 92% of the vote

I was meant to do this in my op last night but I was too tired and I couldn't be bothered

My four favourites at the moment are Leah, Francesca, Myles and Rebecca.

I think yesterday showed Leah to be a bit over the top with Zee but as it was Zee I think he kind of deserved it. However, I worry that she might go over the top again when she is the one in the wrong and it could cost her. However she is a very strong candidate and has provided great pitches and ideas. And every candidate has to have an episode where they are shown a lot.

I think Myles seems to go a bit unnoticed on this forum, but I think that he has proven to have a lot of business knowledge a well as common sense which some of the candidates are lacking. He was also a good PM the last task.

Although we haven't seen much yet of Francesca or Rebecca I think that they have been good team players and the only mistake they seem to have made so far is the finances in week 2 (which nearly got one of them fired). However I think that I can only tell whether I really like them when they have to become PM.

I also like Jason and Alex (sometimes) as they provide entertainment and they do actually come up with good ideas and have been good at negotiating.

As others have said Luisa will probably be the one that goes on "the journey".

I quite like Jordan as I think he has been a good team player and I doubt that he would've been back in the bottom three if he lost any of the tasks (except for when he was PM of course). So I think he is one to look out for. however his BR celebrating annoys me.

So in conclusion to this essay I'm probably going to vote for Myles as my favourite this week.
But it was close between him and Leah but she has enough votes already

There's a couple I think will go a long way.

Alex, a classic case of don't judge a book. He's been creative, unafraid to get stuck in, and able to spot flaws. Negative: very little at the moment.

Myles, approachable and assured. Negative: not a great PM but when it's his concept maybe he's on safer ground there.

Rebecca, one of the few that doesn't speak just to hear her own voice. Was good at sales, and seems to be able to be put into any role. Negative: she may have been a better candidate when it was a job.

Jordan, good PM, can say things without seeming antagonistic. Negative: I can't take anyone who wears green pants seriously.

I wanna see more of Alex,
he better becareful because so far it looks like hes always the backseat passenger making comments and sometimes complaining, aswell as making hilairous remarks.

Hopefully he'll be team leader next task

favourites would have to be Leah, and Jordan.

Leah is fantastic, enough said

Jordan has a great personality and is a very good leader and makes sense

Myles also makes sense and so forth, but I'm not sure if I'm still convinced.

I'm suprised Rebecca is so loved because I thought she was considered a ***** in episode 1 but I must admit shes calmed down and is definately going the right path in still showing off her ability AND being nice.

I'm beginning to like Jason and see that its definately a learning curve from him.

Luisa... I don't really know. I find her annoying with the way she speaks in the beginning of every episode. I think I need to see more of her again, despite her being team leader in the farm shop episode.

Neil is alright, I understand he can get under people's skin, but I do believe hes a good candidate. he can negotiate and I believe has the right attitude in business.

Kurt I reckon talks a lot. He needs to stop making mistakes now, because I was impressed with his shake idea and his haggling yesterday episode but his maths let him down and it looked as if he tried to shift the blame when he said to zee I never told you it was 42cm by whatever.

Need to see more of Francesca. she hasn't really made an impact imo.

Myles? As in 'As a PM I'll wait with my entire subteam for an hour and 45 minutes to watch a flag being made and I'll pay in advance so that when it's finally ready at least we won't have to wait in line (which line would that be if you already decide to stay put) to get it ?'

I voted Jordan, my favourite personally is Jason but he's not very useful, but a nice village idiot

Leah was my favourite up until the last episode. She let herself down a bit this time because she was a bit too stroppy and unprofessional but we don't see behind the scenes that much and there seemed to be a bit of an issue with her and Zee before the task even began. I've been too impressed by previous stuff to let that bother me too much. Particularly since there really haven't been any other standouts for me at all.

Leah.

I also like Jordan, Jason (for entertainment) and despite those brows, Alex seems rather competent.

Kind of funny that Leah is leading the favourite poll, and is about second place in the least favourite poll. A girl who divides opinion, it seems.

From what I've seen, Leah has provoked people on both sides of the fence. As DavetheScot has mentioned, she's second on the least favourite poll.
