Kurt's exaggerated eye rolls
Addisonian

Seriously, I can't be the only one to notice that his eyes are constantly rolling back in his head, especially when he's being attacked in the boardroom.
He does it all the time!

He also speaks with his eyes half closed, he looks doped.
An aggressive manipulative thick scouser, I really dislike him, if it wasn't for the completely loathsome Neil he'd be the one to hope for total humiliation in the interview stages

I keep expecting him to turn into a zombie or something.

Kurt is useless, and should have been with Zee in the boardroom tonight, instead of Natalie or Leah.

Yes, the thing he does with his eyes is so distracting!

It makes him look incredibly arrogant.

It was interesting to see the look on his face when Natalie walked back into the house - you could see the penny drop that she might be a serious contender, having survived the Boardroom yet again.

That's because she's not.

Really? Seriously? The only reason Natalie seems to have survived thus far is because she can:

a) wail like a banshee and shout and scream very loudly;
b) start crying or acts like she is going to burst into tears.

I must have missed something yesterday when Shugs said "You have shown me passion in the boardroom. All she did was go on about how sexist Zee was!

^^ I didn't express myself very well.
I meant that Kurt saw her as serious competition because she'd survived a third time - he was surprised she came back and it made him uncomfortable about his own chances - it was only a brief moment, but you could almost see the wheels turning in his brain.
I, personally don't have any thoughts about who might win - none of them have really made much impression on me to be honest, but I've been dipping in and out of it a bit this year.
(I do think, though, that much of what goes on in the tasks is slightly irrelevant, because at the end of the day it seems to be those with the most appealing business plans that make the final, but that's just my opinion).

With a certain grain of truth, but more so last year.
