Actually, it's Jordan who moves over to Endeavour, and he's PM for them. This week, you saw a clip at the end of the Evolve team in a room, with Neil saying 'I don't understand what's gone on. You can't change the project manager." Fran agrees, before Luisa says 'yes you can'. It looks like Jason is originally PM and Luisa stages a successful coup on him.

What we saw in the preview may not necessarily be what occurs in the show, Luisa may try to take over and Jason may successfully stop her

Spoiler
Doesn't look like it as she's in the PM seat in the boardroom. Plus previews have mentioned a first for the Apprentice - we've already had an attempted coup in series 7, and this one looks to be successful I'm afraid.

Spoiler
If LS personally makes Jason the PM and then he is 'deposed' by his team-mates it will be a very interesting state of affairs. I really hope its due to a reasonable vote of no confidence rather than just immediately undermining him - Are there actually 'PM seats?'

My mistake. I'm just used to Jordan following Luisa like a lapdog the last few episodes. The clip I've seen is different from what they showed at the end of last nights show. In it I think it's clear that Jason is PM and under attack.

Not really a spoiler, but you can't be too careful.

Spoiler
It's just Luisa deliberately undermining him I think. Neil and Francesca seem to be standing up for him in the episode.

Yes, there are 'PM seats' in the boardroom. It's difficult to explain, but I'll try anyway. If you look at a boardroom shot of a team - then for the team on the left hand side of the BR (ie in front of Nick) the PM will be the person sitting down in the furthest-right chair. For the team on the right hand side of the BR (ie in front of Karren) it's the person sitting down in the furthest-left chair.

I'm not overly keen on Jason so far, but I am starting to wonder if he has some fantastic business idea up his sleeve like Tom did. Once we knew about that, it was easy to see why Tom won. And I think Jason could have that potential too.

LS calling him back for praise was rather OTT imo
bet they are setting him up to be fired soon

Tom was considerably better on the tasks than Jason has been though. Last night was the only night people thought Jason did anything good at all. Tom may have been on the losing team a lot, but I think on a lot of the tasks he proved himself personally to be quite a strong and creative performer.

You would have thought so, but they showed the teams in the BR in the preview, and Jordan was in the PM seat for Endeavour.

Whilst Jason is a bit of bumbling boris + no one really knows what he's good at, he's hilarious and has the most memorable personality. With more experience, I think he could be solid in business.

People like to say he's useless but just look at the difference between him and Kurt last week i.e. Jason was charismatic, personable whilst Kurt was surly and f**king useless at sales.

Not sure Jason will go much further though particularly if this week's preview is anything to go by.

Spoiler
If there is a coup'd'etat and one of LS's aides witnesses it then I think Jason will be immune from sacking due to the 'bullying' aspect of it.

@The Rhydler:

I think this could go both ways. If there's a Coup d'état, he may sack Jason due to an inability to stand up for himself - obviously important in business. On the other hand, he may take your bullying view and sack Luisa as she's proven many times before that she struggles to work in a team.

I think Sugar likes Jason far more as a person than Luisa - after all, he's far more likable. But who's the better business person? On current form, definitely Luisa and I'm sure Sugar thinks that too. Yet, Jason could have a beast of a business plan which is currently influencing Sugar.

However, they might not even lose. Difficult to call.

I think Sugar is quite taken with Jason's manners and the way he presents himself - which is important in business. He now needs to prove he can make him money. I don't think he'd be swayed by Luisa's actions...

Will be very interesting.

Good on you Jason! Loved his rapport with the customers this week - oh and actually Neil, he could well turn out to be the "God of Sales!" For starters, he's not ageist or patronising, and he listens.

Knowing what Sugar's like, if there is a successful coup against Jason, he very probably WILL fire Jason as soon as he hears about it, on the basis that if he wasn't strong enough to control his team, he won't be strong enough in the business world to get Sugar any return on a possible investment.

And that could happen even before the results are read out.

I need to go back and check, but there was an episode where Helen wanted to usurp Melody as PM, and Melody was having none of it. I'm sure Shugs said it would've been bad news for Helen if she had succeeded.

You may not like what your PM is doing, but you're supposed to show some respect, and if the PM fooks up, it's up to LAS not a candidate to remove them.

It could backfire on Luisa *crosses fingers*.

I think it would have been bad news for Melody, not for Helen. Helen didn't want to usurp Melody, she politely asked if she could take over from her because she wasn't confident about Melody's leadership, and because she (Helen) had a 100% winning record including two past wins as PM, and thought that she could do a better job. I don't know why the BBC put it on YouTube under 'Helen's hostile takeover'; there was nothing hostile about it, she just wanted to win the task, and thought that they'd have a better chance if she was the PM.

Melody on the other hand would have been in deep trouble if she'd let Helen take over. That shows a lot of weakness as PM, which Sugar would not have liked. (Of course she was fired on that task anyway, but she'd have been criticised even more if she'd let Helen take over.)

Yeah Helen asked nicely, but I still think Shugs told her it would've been her in trouble if she had done it. I remb it because I thought it made no sense at the time.

I think it may be to do with if Shugs had wanted Luisa to be PM he would've appointed her, and it's up to the team to help Jason as PM, you can sort mistakes from the backline and let him take the fall on his own. If Luisa doesn't turn it around and get a win, then it's an unsuccessful coup and that means her role as PM was a failure too.
