When we see the sub team with Jordan in it running around the Mall, he clearly has several carrier type bags in his hand, the bit where he nearly knocks the little kid over. So what was in those bags, were the team just running around doing personal shopping?

I suspect this was footage shot in the final hour of the task when they had already bought most of their items, intercut into the rest of the footage to show them moving with some urgency rather than ambling about doing research.
It did look a bit odd, though!
But they only got 4 items?, so what the hell was in the carrier bags, he had at least 3 all to himself?
